When to Hire an Event Coordinator


So, you're thinking of planning your own wedding. You think you got it all figured out but do you?.
If you are facing any of the following concerns, then you know its time to hire an Event Coordinator (EC).

Your job takes up most of your time- While working a 9-5 job and trying to plan an event, it can get stressful. If you feel like your work load is way too much for you to handle as it is; let alone plan an event, then maybe it's time to hire an event coordinator.

You don't have the skills-  Have an idea but don't know where to start? Not creative? Based on my recent brides, this is the top reason why brides seek my assistance. Your EC can make your ideas come to life.

Have children?- We know you want to spend time with your little ones. Children demand all of your time already. How can you plan an event? Easy, by hiring an event coordinator.

You don't have patience- Tired of doing wedding research? Being an event coordinator takes a lot of dedication and patience; something that most people do not have. If this is you, then its time to pick up the phone and hire an EC.

  1. Nice post!! I am also planning my sister’s wedding at one of elegant wedding venues and want to hire an event planner for it. Have never done something like this before so need to hire planners for the entire arrangement. They will help in doing best arrangements.
